I was impressed with the service. I went out online to find someone to replace the chain on my garage door opener. Precision Garage Door had a website that allowed me to schedule an appointment online. I was hoping they would be able to fix it today and was surprised that they could. I later talked to my son who is a real estate broker and he said they were the best in town. I was impressed when the technician called and told me he was on the way. I then received a text with his picture and that he was on his way. This included a little about him. When he arrived, he evaluated the problem, told me what needed to be done and the price to fix it. He was able to fix the problem in about 30 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised at the price. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door for your garage door repairs.

I needed to get the springs on my garage door replaced. I called and talked to I believe Chelsea. Super helpful and friendly, said she could get someone out to my home within the next couple of hours. Payton Naylor came right away. He was very nice and did an awesome job! My expectations were met and am beyond happy!!

This service was a complimentary annual check since the installation of a new door. The service technician, Payton, was knowledgeable and detailed with his inspection. I would highly recommend him. I called Precision today to request a service appointment for some issues with my garage door that they installed. The door works great, but racoons had chewed through the rubber seal at the bottom of the door and I couldn't get the camera to reconnect with the internet. They were able to schedule the appointment on the same day. The service specialist (Payton) was awesome. Payton resolved all of the issues quickly and he is a super nice guy. All of my experiences so far with Precision have been great.

Payton was here a few minutes early but called first to let me know he was on his way. He fixed the problem and also made some adjustments on the door. He lubricated all the joints on the door. He did a very good job on all of it and in a timely manner.
